Staff felt strongly about areas such as fairness, work life balance and job satisfaction, with one also saying the company was the best environment they had ever worked in. Macrium Software scored 10th out of 100 in the small business category.
Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work to determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list. This has given our workforce a sense of freedom with no micromanagement. Launched long before the pandemic, many of our employees have commented on how they enjoy being able to choose their own hours within a day and work from home throughout the week.
